About Our New Owners:
Don and Carol Berg and Ron and Tracie Hennings are the owners. Don and Carol reside in Harbor Springs, Michigan where they continue to run their other business, Tool and Die Machine Shop, that they’ve owned for over 40 years. Ron and Tracie live in Largo Florida and are operating American Garage Tampa Bay. Ron and Tracie have over 30 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, with the most recent, including the development and ownership of a Business Hotel in Clearwater. With the extensive experience of Don and Carol and the hospitality and customer service background of Ron and Tracie, they found this venture to be very intriguing and unique.

American Garage Tampa Bay is the template store for future franchising. In this economy, and the decline of new home sales, more and more people are investing and updating their present homes.
